I did find it odd that out of the 484 songs on my pod... several came up Everclear. Different albums, granted-- but still a frequent occurance.
Guess I need to get more new stuff. : P
You just need iTunes on your PC, and it's totally free. Of course, it will take you a while to upload all of your music.
