After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.
So I finally got around to renting Hot Fuzz tonight, got 2/3 of the way through, and the DVD quit. I played around with skipping ahead, cleaned it, tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked. So I drove back up to Blockbuster and they don't have any other copies in stock. Aarrggghhhhh!

I use the 'brary as netflix. ;) I think Hot Fuzz request list is zilch, so you might check on the shelf.
I've got a request in so I can finish it, but I still like the video store so I can see whatever I want exactly when I feel the urge instead of having to wait for things to randomly show up when it works out.
I HATE that with library DVDs, and it happens all the time. Lately, I've been using that Red Box thing. There is one at a McDonald's right by my house, and so far I have liked their selection and the DVD performance. For a buck, I can't complain.
