Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. "Executive Experience"

Palin fired Baker (then using her married name Emmons) as librarian, claiming she was not "loyal" to the new administration and had supported Palin's opponent in the election.

That statement in and of itself is scary enough. To use political views as justification to hire and fire is the absolute antithesis of a free society. But Palin is claiming this as the reason for the firing so she can deny there's any link to the librarian's resistance to the idea of removing "objectionable" books from the library.
