Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

Improving Our Collection

At the library we have these reports we run every so often to tell us which books haven't checked out for a long time and should be considered for weeding--removing them from the collection to make room for new books. Today I got to get rid of Bill O'Reilly's The O'Reilly Factor, a couple of anti-Bill Clinton titles, one anti-Hillary Clinton book, a couple of pro-George W. Bush ones, and that stupid swift boat book about John Kerry. It's nice to see that no one cares to read this stuff.
