Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

The State of Cycling 2008

It's almost time for that big bike race in France. It will be a bit different this year since the French cycling organization has had some disagreement with the international body and rejected their sanctioning to have more independent control. But, whatever, it's all about the riders. So if you need to get caught up, here are midseason reports on all of the ProTour teams heading into this year's race. For sheer star power, I'd recommend starting with Part 4, then going back to Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3. And, of course, the actual TdF preview.
