Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

You Really Want Me to Tell the Manager?

Yesterday at the community center where I work a few hours a month I had a patron complaint. We have an indoor walking/jogging track with three lanes. She pointed out that the older signs on the wall say that walkers should keep to the inside lanes and joggers to the outside. The new sign says that walkers should keep to the inside lane and joggers to the outside. The one sign says lanes, plural, and the other lane, singular. So she's confused about whether walkers are allowed in the middle lane or not since the signs contradict each other.
