Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

Spring Freshening

For a while now, for my personal email I've been using:

"Even if it's not your fault, it's your responsibility."
"Knowing things is magical, if other people don't know them."
— Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

And for work email I've been using:

"Words were a conjuration, and their charms had begun to bewitch him."
— Sid Fleischman, The Trouble Begins at 8

It is so. With 4 votes, the Bill Watterson is now in my work emails. Next on the list with 2 votes (in a tie with 3-4 others), the David Ives is now in my personal one.
