Through the Prism

After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

Leadership

I'm supposed to survey a few people for an assignment, so I thought I'd check for thoughts among you, my readers: Think of 3 people you consider to be authentic leaders. Describe what makes them leaders, qualities they possess, etc. I really appreciate the help.

Compassion -- being able to deliver bad news or horrible deadlines, in an optimistic, yet determined manner.

Foresight -- making decisions to benefit the overall bottom line, greater goal, or integrity... regardless of personal benefit or gain.

Loyalty -- protecting their staff, supporting their decisions and/or actions, within reason.
