And, of course, your answer will be more legitimate if you support it with your reasoning in the comments.
After passing through the prism, each refraction contains some pure essence of the light, but only an incomplete part. We will always experience some aspect of reality, of the Truth, but only from our perspectives as they are colored by who and where we are. Others will know a different color and none will see the whole, complete light. These are my musings from my particular refraction.

Even a vote of "Who cares?" should be legitimized. You're disillusioned with the sport because of all the doping scandals? You only cared as long as Lance Armstrong was riding? You can't tell by their names which one in the list is the American? You're not sophisticated enough to understand the sport? What's driving your answer?
Because you have to be really sophisticated to understand racing? You love NASCAR too don't you?
I'd like to take this opportunity to explain my 'Who cares?' vote. If there was a name there that I recognized, I would have picked it, even if it was Sergei Rachmaninov. But there wasn't, so I chose 'Who Cares?'. :D
The cycling posts are back! I'm giddy! And I, of course, know who the American is but had to see if he was back on the American team. I'll have to think.....
People ride bikes in France?
What about George Hincapie? I really like him and thought he did so well last year. Of course if Levi is the chosen one of the Discovery team, George probably will not be in the front!
previous annonymous comment was from Beeper!
Welcome to the action, Beeper. I'm glad to have you reading the Prism. Unfortunately, George Hincapie has never really panned out as an overall leader for the big tours. Levi Leipheimer will be the man for the Discovery Channel team. He's finished in the top ten in the tour three times now and should contend for a top spot. He's certainly who I'll be rooting for. But I don't see him having quite enough to win it all.
The other riders all have good records and teams and I expect each of them to finish in the top ten. If you want me to make my prediction for who will win, though, I have to go with Alexandre Vinokourov. Some think his form is suspect after the recent Dauphine Libere, but I think he was holding back. Plus his team, Astana, seems to be the best. And, of course, there is the Borat factor since both Vino and Astana are from Kazakhstan. How can you vote against that?
I can so vote against a Borat factor and vote for the Australian wine factor - Cadel. I really don't think he'll win, but now I have a new name to watch. In reading various website info, Vinokourov also seems to have something to prove and possibly remember reading he was specifically training for this race.
I think Lance Armstrong will surprise us all with an astonishing come back. Much like the Police.
I love Rachmaninov.
I would also like to explain my "who cares" vote: it is fucking cycling.
Americans own this race; Levi will win. And Jeff Gordon will win his fifth NASCAR championship this year. But Argentina will win America's Cup.
